How is it different from Salesforce or HubSpot?

atom8er is designed to be fast, minimal, and team-friendly — without the complexity or cost of enterprise CRMs. Your team gets up and running in minutes, not months. We focus on the core sales workflow without the bloat.

Can I import my leads from another CRM?

Bulk lead import is on our roadmap. Currently you can create leads individually or in small batches. CSV import is coming in the next major release.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever — 1 board, up to 3 users, and 500 leads. No credit card required.

How does the team and role system work?

atom8er has a 4-tier hierarchy: SuperAdmin (platform-level), OrgAdmin (org management), Manager (team oversight and board control), and Member (lead and task access). Each role has a distinct permission set, and you can assign users to multiple teams.

Does atom8er support integrations?

Yes. Google Calendar (task sync) and Slack (deal alerts) are live. Jira and Asana integrations are coming soon. All integrations are available on the Growth plan and above.

Can I white-label atom8er for my organization?

White-label branding — custom logo, wordmark, and color theme — is available on the Enterprise plan. OrgAdmins can upload their logo and set a custom wordmark from the Settings panel.
