atom8er (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the atom8er platform, accessible at atom8er.com and related subdomains (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Service, and the choices you have regarding that information. By using atom8er, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Information you provide directly:

• Account registration details (name, email address, password)
• Billing and payment information (processed via our payment provider — we do not store card numbers)
• Profile and workspace settings
• CRM data you enter: contacts, companies, pipeline stages, notes, tasks, and activities
• Support requests, feedback, and communications with our team

Information collected automatically:

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visits, referring URLs
• Device information: operating system, screen resolution, device identifiers
• Usage patterns: features used, actions taken, session duration
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see the Cookies section)

Information from third parties:

• If you sign in with a third-party provider (e.g. Google), we receive basic profile information as authorised by you
• Data from integrations you choose to connect (e.g. email, calendar)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process transactions and send related information (receipts, invoices)
• Send service-related communications (account updates, security alerts)
• Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your CRM data (contacts, deals, notes) to train machine learning models or for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.

• Service providers: Vendors who help us operate atom8er (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics). They are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for other purposes.
• Within your organisation: Other workspace members you invite can see shared CRM data per the permissions you configure.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request.
• Business transfers: If atom8er is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before this occurs.
• With your consent: Any other sharing with your explicit permission.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, your account data is purged within [X days] of the request, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.

Anonymised or aggregated usage data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely for product analytics.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. See our Security page for more detail.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

atom8er is intended for use by businesses and professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the version number and “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice in the app at least [30 days] before the change takes effect.
